Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Machrono. If for any reason you're not, here’s what you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

If the product you received isn’t to your liking, but it has no quality issues and remains unused, we accept returns within 30 days. The product must be in its original, brand-new condition and suitable for resale.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for all return costs, including shipping and handling fees.

  • Domestic Returns (within the U.S.): The buyer is responsible for shipping and processing fees.

  • International Returns: For returns outside the U.S., shipping costs will vary depending on the country and may be higher. Please consider these costs before purchasing, as the buyer will bear all return-related expenses (including shipping + handling fees).

Refunds (if applicable)

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@machronoband.com with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Item Description

  • Reason for Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Item Description & Color Variations

Please ensure you read the product description carefully before making a purchase. Due to lighting during photoshoots or monitor display settings, the color of the actual product may vary slightly from what you see online.

Our Responsibility

We’re committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We’ll gladly accept returns and issue refunds if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • You received the wrong item (size, color, or model).

Your Responsibility

Unfortunately, if the mistake is on your end, we cannot process a return or refund. This includes:

  • Incorrect Address: If you entered the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for items not received due to address errors. Please contact us immediately at support@machronoband.com to update your details, as long as the product has not been shipped.

Return / Exchange Process

If you believe an error has occurred due to our mistake, please accept our apologies. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make it right. If there’s a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it.

All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If an item is lost due to circumstances beyond our control, we will send a replacement to the original shipping address.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, please email us at support@machronoband.com.

Exchange Request Instructions

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Take a photo of the issue (please use a ruler for size issues).

  2. Send an email with the subject line: “Order # [YourOrderNumber] Replacement Request” to support@machronoband.com.

Please include:

  • Photos of the issue

  • A detailed description of the problem

  • Your order number (specify the product if there are multiple items)

Our support team will respond within 1 business day, and further return instructions will be provided.

Refunds and Order Modifications

Refunds are not granted for incorrect orders (e.g., wrong size/color/quantity). We ship exactly what was selected at checkout. If you need to make a change, please contact us ASAP. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes, and refunds will not be issued.

Please note, we do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost.

If your product is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@machronoband.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Order Cancellation & Change Requests

We accept order cancellations and changes (such as color, size, quantity, or shipping address) within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at support@machronoband.com as soon as possible.

Please note: Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes, and cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

After the 24-hour period, we will make every effort to cancel or amend your order, but we cannot guarantee success.
